SkylineSEOTools is a group buy marketplace where we purchase premium SEO tools in bulk and share access with multiple users at significantly reduced prices. Due to the nature of group buying services, some tools in your plan may occasionally not work. If you’re purchasing a plan for a specific tool, please contact us first to check its current status before buying.

Refund Eligibility Conditions

Individual Tool Purchases

We only issue refunds for individual tool purchases (not bundle plans) if the specific tool doesn’t work for 48 consecutive hours. You must inform us within this period to be eligible.

Account Suspension

If your account gets suspended/banned by the original tool provider, you must inform us immediately. Failure to notify us within 24 hours of suspension makes you ineligible for any refund.

Bundle Plan Purchases

No refunds for bundle/plan purchases even if some tools in the bundle don’t work. If you need a specific tool, purchase it individually or contact us first to check its status.
Non-Refundable Situations
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Not liking the tool’s features/interface
  • Finding a better deal elsewhere
  • Tool working but not meeting your expectations
  • Account bans due to violating tool provider’s terms
  • Not informing us of account suspension within 24 hours

Private Accounts

Private accounts have subscription-based warranty, not account warranty. If the tool stops working, we’ll provide replacement access for the remaining subscription period.

Private Account Delivery Time
Private accounts are delivered within 24-48 hours after purchase. This is because we need to create or source exclusive accounts for you. Shared and Semi-Private accounts are usually delivered instantly or within a few hours.

Can I get a refund if a tool in my bundle plan doesn’t work?

No. We do not issue refunds for bundle/plan purchases even if some tools in the bundle don’t work. This is clearly stated before purchase. If you need a specific tool, we recommend:

  • Purchasing the tool individually
  • Contacting us first to check the tool’s current status
  • Considering a Private account for critical tools
What’s the difference between account warranty and subscription warranty?

Account Warranty (Shared/Semi-Private): We guarantee the account itself. If it gets banned, we’ll replace it with a new one for the warranty period (25 days for monthly plans).

Subscription Warranty (Private): We guarantee you’ll have access to the tool for the subscription period you paid for. If the account stops working, we’ll provide replacement access for the remaining time.

What happens if my account gets suspended?

You must inform us within 24 hours of noticing the suspension. For Shared/Semi-Private accounts with active warranty, we’ll replace the account. For Private accounts, we’ll provide replacement access for the remaining subscription period.

Important: If you don’t inform us within 24 hours, you become ineligible for any replacement or refund.

Why are digital tools only available as Private accounts?

Digital tools with usage limits (like AI writers with monthly word limits, design tools with download limits, etc.) require fair usage policies. Sharing these accounts would quickly exhaust the limits, making the tool unusable for everyone. Private accounts ensure:

  • Fair usage for the paying customer
  • Consistent tool performance
  • No unexpected limit exhaustion
  • Better overall user experience
How long does Private account delivery take?

Private accounts are delivered within 24-48 hours after purchase. This is because we need to:

  • Create new exclusive accounts
  • Source accounts from reliable providers
  • Set up proper configurations
  • Ensure no one else has access

Shared and Semi-Private accounts are usually delivered instantly or within a few hours as they’re pre-configured.

Can I switch from Shared to Private account for the same tool?

Yes, you can upgrade from Shared/Semi-Private to Private account. Contact our support team and we’ll:

  • Calculate the remaining value of your current subscription
  • Apply it toward a Private account purchase
  • Provide the Private account within 24-48 hours

Note: There’s no downgrade from Private to Shared/Semi-Private.
